A Mystery -- These are relatives I do not know. They are likely from a) Harlan County, Kentucky, b) Wise County, Virginia, or c) Kingsport, Tennessee. They are likely Shepherds or Napiers. The photo is from 1930 or before, from the condition and clothing. I would like to know who these gentlemen are!
