My great grandparents, Starr and Della McKinley. They moved into Missaukee County in around 1900 just east of Manton, Michigan. They came from North Adams, Michigan. He was known as the Corn King; he gave his success to always planting his corn on May 27, no matter the weather. He fell off a windmill in 1921 and died. She lived into the late 1930's. They had 3 boys and one girl, they are both buried in Caldwell Cemetery east of Manton.
