According to "Camera Clues" by Joe Nickel, postcards from before 1907 had a strip at the front bottom for the message and only the address on the back, while cards 1907 and later had divided backs. Sometimes cards from after 1907 have strips at the front if the image is so large that the edges of the image would have to be cut off if the image was made to fit the whole front. So you have to check the back to see if it is divided or not.

Also, the teacher's sleeves have some fullness at the top, which was in fashion towards the middle of the decade. This started in 1905. Even if her dress isn't the height of fashion, it probably isn't later than 1908; by that year the fullness at the sleeves was almost gone.
